Direct Support Professional:
Overview:
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals to join our team. In this role, you'll support individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, helping them live fulfilling, independent lives with dignity and respect
Key Duties:

Assist with daily living (meals, hygiene, medication)

Follow individual care plans

Provide companionship & emotional support

Facilitate community engagement/activities

Collaborate with healthcare professionals
Pay Rate:

Starting from $15-$20
Requirements:

State ID/Drivers License
-
Tuberculous Test and Physical
-
Experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities (preferred)

Knowledge of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively

Strong Skills in meal preparation and nutrition awareness

Compassionate Nature with a strong commitment to providing quality care

Excellent communication skill, both verbal and written

Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist individuals with physical mobility
